- Identify learning experiences in the workplace and community.
- Reflect on experinces to uncover explicit and tacit learning.
- Analyze and develop generalizations about learning from experience.
- Evaluate through application the precepts gained by applying the learning in new situations and venues.
- Equate experiential learning to learning in academic disciplines in higher education.
- Create an experiential learning e-portfolio using information and communication technologies and supported by documentation to valídate competencies gained from learning experiences.

- Attend a seminar in portfolio development.
- Review portfolio format and content with academic advisor.
- Peruse the Technical Manual on the development of experiential learning e-portfolios.
- Participate in a Black Board tutorial on the creation of e-portfolios.

- Meet with Academic advisor to review each part of the e-portfolio as it is developed.
- Interact with Professor of Information Technology to insure the correct creation of files, insertation of hyperlinks, potos, video, and audio sound bites in the e-portfolio.
- Provide original documentation to support experiential learning claims to the Academic advisor who verifys the documents before they are scanned for the e-portfolio.
- Final review of the e-portfolio with the Professor and advisor before it is submitted for evaluation.

| Evaluation |
The e-portfolio is evaluated by a full time faculty member who presents it to the portfolio committee led by an associate dean and five full time faculty who determine the number of college credits granted to the student toward dundergraduate degree completion. |
